Minimum Entrance requirements before acceptance into the Program includes:
1. Complete School Enrollment Application Form
2. Prospective Students must be 16 years or older
3. High School Diploma, its equivalent or High School Transcript or college transcript
4. Complete the Basic English and Math proficiency test with a score of 80%
5. Valid Photo ID (Driver’s License / State ID/ Passport/ Permanent Resident Card)
6. Evidence of COVID-19 vaccine if required by the clinical site
7. Watch with a second hand
8. Blood Pressure Cuff (optional, school will provide during Lab/clinical)
9. Stethoscope (optional, school will provide during Lab/clinical)
Program Outcomes
Upon graduation from Habile HealthCare Training (HHT) Nursing Assistant/Home
Health Aide dual certification program, the student will be able to:
1. Provide patient care in accordance with regulations, policies, laws, and patient rights.
